Perfect Timing!

If we expected all things to happen on our timing, our lives would be a hot mess…that I know for sure. How? Well, I’ve had plenty of “ah-ha” moments in my life when I think back to a situation where things did not go according to plan and thought life was over as I knew it until something bigger and better came along…looking back, thankful and saying “well look at God!!!”. So when things don’t go as planned, don’t fret, just sit back and watch God work His wonders in your life. Your “ah-ha” moment is coming. His time is always the right time. That’s what I call perfect timing!

“The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the LORD; in its time I will do this swiftly.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭60:22‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Talk Tuesday: Do Something For You!

It can be difficult to take some time for oneself because one seems to always focus energy on others, particularly loved ones but regardless of family obligations, a busy schedule, not enough time or other priorities, one must always remember to take some time for oneself. It’s not about being selfish, it’s about taking care of yourself first. Who’s going to do it for you if you don’t, right?!

Turn the spotlight on you for a change and treat yourself! Have at least 30 mins of ‘me’ time daily, treat yourself to a massage, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio, as long as you take some time out of your day to do something for you because you deserve it!

Today, do something for you!

Happy Tuesday! ❤️xo

Think Thursday: Great Things Take Time!

I know how frustrating it can be to want something when you want it but are unable to get it due to timing, circumstances or whatever reason you can’t have it at that given moment or within that time period. This serves as a reminder (certainly for myself) to hold on, to not give up and to keep pushing because “great things take time!”. Your patience will make it all worth it so never never never give up!

Will you keep pushing? I will…

Happy Thursday!
