There is such a great feeling in doing something for others, and doing so without any expectation of receiving anything in return but for the simple satisfaction of giving freely of yourself with an open heart. Try it, it’s addictive! Once you do, you’ll see how easy it is for these kind gestures to multiply. Let’s make the world a better place, one kind gesture at a time.
Together, let’s cultivate kindness!

Happy Sunday! ❤xo
A small act of kindness can go a long way. Think about how addictive a smile is. If someone smiles at you, you will most likely smile back and the pattern continues. Next thing you know, thousands have smiled and experienced a sense of joy (even if only for a second) as a result of the very first one. The same can be said about laughter or any other small act of kindness. I believe that the power of a touch, a smile, a compliment or a listening ear can be exactly what someone needs to turn their life around. So why not do your part…Together, we can change and affect lives one act of kindness at a time.
I love this black & white digital laser print by Bianca Cash. When I first saw it, I felt a spark (you know…that good vibe feeling) because I value kindness “a whole lot”. It warms my heart to see someone be helpful toward another with no expectations of a return. It’s a contagious but great behaviour to have. When you witness such a pleasant disposition & genuine concern for others and see what the overall impact brings, you will want to experience that for yourself (especially if you were on the receiving end). So why not let go of the selfishness and pay it forward because you want to, not because you have to. That is what I call pure love…Kindness expressed or experienced.
Let’s throw kindness around like confetti!. Wouldn’t the world would be a better place?!
After a long and busy day, I came home yesterday feeling exhausted. All I wanted was to get some rest but I knew I had a few more things on my agenda to take care of before calling it a night.
Just when I decided to do a handbag switch (you ladies know what I’m talking about), I realized that my wallet was missing from my purse (my heart skipped a beat). I looked everywhere, I searched from left to right, top to bottom and…nothing! My wallet was nowhere to be found.
Perhaps I left it in my car!?
