What is it that you’re afraid of and why?

FEAR can be described as an emotion caused by a threat perceived, which can cause a change in behaviour (like running away, hiding or freezing from traumatic events). FEAR can also be described as False Evidence Appearing Real. Which description best suits your understanding of fear?

When you realize that fear is only a perceived risk that truly isn’t a danger to you at all, you will learn to replace your fears with faith.

When induced by fear…instead of running away, stand still and face your fears. Instead of hiding, make yourself visible and confront your fears. Instead of freezing or looking stunned, remain calm and deal with your fears. Turn your fears into action and overcome them. It may be the very thing needed to set you free. Set yourself free today!
