Accessories that I
never rarely leave home without are my earrings and watch (otherwise I feel ‘somewhat’ naked…you know that feeling, right?). My go-to earrings are either studs or pearls so when I first laid eyes on these “Mise en Dior” earrings, I instantly fell in love. How gorgeous are these double ended pearl earrings?! It’s the perfect statement piece that graciously frames any face. I’m loving the bold asymmetric effect. The small pearl rests on the ear while the large pearl peers out behind the lobe. You can even opt to wear it alone, which gives you 2 different sizes to choose from, or as a pair. Who doesn’t love versatility?

“Mise en Dior” earrings can be yours for $290. Not ready to pay that price?! Here are some great alternative options here and here.
Bonus: You are not limited to these cream resin beads. There are many different sets and colours to choose from.
Will you be rocking double-ended pearl earrings this holiday season?
We all know that Olivia Palermo knows a thing or two about layering and she always makes it look effortless, especially in this ensemble.
Braving the cold streets of NYC, Olivia stylishly rocked this part-fur-vest/part-chunky-knit-sweater, tucked her Pierre-Louis Mascia scarf into her belt and wore olive green skinnies with chocolate-brown suede over-the-knee Stuart Weitzman boots. She complemented her look by accessorizing with a Dior tote and tortoiseshell Westward Leaning shades.

I’m loving her entire look. What are your thoughts?

Lately I’ve been all over plaid anything so when I saw Beyoncé rocking this plaid Rails Hunter button-down shirt, it immediately grabbed my attention (especially in that colour combo…LOVE!). Bee paired it with a stone gray leather pencil skirt but could have easily paired it with “faux” leather pants or dark denim and looked just as great. She accessorized with a Dior purse, a gold Mr. Kate feather ring and heeled it off with buckled black Giuseppe Zanotti ankle boots.
What are your thoughts on this look? Yay or nay!?
I’m sure most of you watched and enjoyed Ellen DeGeneres host the 86th Academy Awards last night (love her!) and for the few of you who missed the annual ceremony, here is a recap of my fave looks and proud moment of the evening.
Charlize Theron in Dior
Kerry Washington in Jason Wu
Rocsi Diaz in StyleCarmen
Jennifer Lawrence in Dior
I had to save the best for last…my fave look of the night, Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o in Prada. Congratulations Lupita for winning Best Supporting Actress!!! This is well deserved. She was A-M-A-ZING in 12 Years A Slave. #proudmoment
Lupita said it best: No matter where you’re from your dreams are valid.
