Think Thursday: What Would You Do?!

Fear is generally known to be a distressed emotion induced by a threat (real or imagined), imminent danger, pain or evil. It ultimately causes a change in behaviour which leads to confrontation with or avoiding the threat. What if the notion of fear never existed? What if you didn’t have to deal with the fight-or-flight response? 

Haven’t you heard…

Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real!”

If this is your definition of fear, then you have the ability to turn it into power. Let fear be your motivator. Let it be an opportunity for self growth and self discovery. Let it be a source of untapped personal power. Let it be a passage from wanting to doing. 

What would you the fearless you do?  

I’ve struggled with the notion of drowning for years now and it’s kept me from becoming the amazing swimmer I know I can be…but I know I can turn it around and make my dream of swimming with dolphins come true. That’s why it’s on my bucket list and I’m looking forward to crossing that item off soon.

  1. First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question in which I’d
    like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and
    clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind
    in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just
    seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out
    how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
